WORKS
Our measuring service is to ensure a door will fit, we will not advise/comment on any building condition or level walls/floors as we are not qualified to do so. If you wish to check the condition of your property you will need a property surveyor, builder or structual engineer to visit site.
When existing timber frames are thought to be unsuitable, the client will be informed at the time of quotations or prior to fitting.
Any judgement made by our representative involving the use of existing timbers in fitting a new door is made in good faith and no responsibility is accepted at any time after the installation for the continues stability of existing timber frames.

In the case of a slightly "out of square" condition of an existing opening becoming apparent; only when a door is set up in that opening we shall install the door to operate as efficiently as possible within that opening.

Whilst all good care will be exercised in removing old materials/timber frames, no making good, pointing or rendering of existing brickwork will be undertaken. This may include after installation when a door/frame needs removing due to a warranty claim, we still do not hold any responsibilty for the above.

We cannot accept any responsibility for conditions due to uneven or sloping floors, walls, lintels and fascia. To install your garage door safely and efficiently, the garage must be cleared at least 9' back inside for a manual up and over/side hinged/roller door and 13' back inside for a sectional door, this should include across the full width on all doors and before the fitters arrive. No frames to be foam filled with expanding foam as this is classed as modifying the door and may cause problems with door and void warranties due to movement of frame off the wall.

There must be no skips or other obstructions on the driveway.

Please note all garage doors supplied are intended for domestic use. By installing a new garage door this does not make the garage habitable.

INSTALLATION SPECIFICATIONS

If the customer requires any variations or additions to our recommended installation specifications or its terms, then full details of the requirements must be furnished to the company in writing within 7 days from agreement date and the company will submit a further quotation therefore.

On completion of the installation, the fitters will request a signature to confirm from the customer that they are satisfied with the installation and no queries can be addressed after this time.

All garage doors are sold for the purpose to house vehicles and are not sealed or water tight in anyway and does not allow the garage to be used as a habitable space. No doors will eliminate day light around any seals and day light will always be visible when viewed from the inside with the door closed. The light will also be seen from outside if the internal garage light is on.

It is our qualified installers preogative as to what fixings/brackets/silicone/trim/hanging straps/control box locations and frame positions to apply to each install, unless stated on order confirmation.
Our installers may have to modify/adapt use different methods of fixing a door from what is suggested by Manufactures instructions. By signing the confirmation you are agreeing to accept any modifications we apply or alternative fixings we use. We may fit doors unlevel by level to achieve the best look for the opening to which it is fitted.

Any issues should be addressed with the fitters on site on the day of installation.
